Loch Ness monster | Nessie

Every year many people claim to see the monster known as "English Nessie". This is the latest photograph of the Loch Ness Monster’s cousin, English Nessie. The photograph, shows an object with three humps breaching the surface of the lake.

This is said to be the best picture of the monster ever taken. It was taken on Friday with a camera phone by 24-year-old Tom Pickles, while he kayaking on the lake as part of a team building activity with his IT company.

Here is what Tom has to say:
The unidentified swimming object (USO) was spotted at 10.35am on the last day of a residential 'team-building' course. 'I thought it was a dog,' said Tom. 'Then I realised it was much bigger and moving really quickly. Each hump was moving in a rippling motion and it was swimming fast. I could tell it was much bigger underneath from the huge shadow around it.'
Mr. Pickles claims to have seen an animal the size of three cars speed past him on the lake. He watched it for 20 seconds or so. “It was petrifying and we paddled back to the shore straight away. At first I thought it was a dog and then saw it was much bigger and moving really quickly at about 10mph. Each hump was moving in a rippling motion and it was swimming fast. Its skin was like a seal’s but it’s shape was completely abnormal – it’s not like any animal I’ve ever seen before.”

This is the eighth sighting of a long humpbacked creature in the past five years. It’s known by locals as “Bownessie”.
